Program Overview
The Solar Credits scheme offers households & small businesses installing grid-connected solar power systems with rebates worth thousands of dollars. Plus now there's no means test requirements!
Solar Credits apply to the first 1.5 kilowatts of solar power installed plus the Renewable Energy Certificate rebate is still available on the difference for larger systems.
- Solar Credits are available for eligible systems installed on or after 9th June 2009.
- There is no pre-approval process or waiting period with the Solar Credits scheme.
